"HISTORY" | ||
As a Mirror under the service of the Queen of Hearts, Pendleton was created for the specific purpose of serving said queen and spying on the Real Things from the other side of the mirror. Being the mirror of a robot allowed her to upload a backup of Wheatley's AI from around the time he was in control of the facility. You know, a few moments before he was disconnected from GLaDOS' chassis and sent hurdling into space? With just a few extra adjustments, including a mobility/storage chassis and some programmed safeguards to make sure he doesn't try anything funny, and he was good to go! Unfortunately, the backup AI had been a bit corrupted thanks to a trio of faulty personality cores, so Pendleton might be a bit... Glitchy... |

PERSONALITY | ||
Bossy, arrogant, doesn't hold humans in high regard after what Chell did to him. Still an idiot, but doesn't realize it due to said arrogance and the fact that he had fail safes programmed into him to make sure he doesn't do anything TOO stupid like trying to usurp the Queen of Hearts or something. He actually sees himself as smarter than his Real, which makes him ashamed of having to share the same name and face as him. Therefore, you shall address him as Pendleton, not Wheatley. That being said, he sometimes glitches out for various reasons and goes into one of three alternate personality states:
Pendleton doesn't always remember what happens when he glitches out, but the error does fix itself on its own if someone doesn't try to fix him first. It's rather annoying. |

SKILLS/ABILITIES | ||
Pendleton doesn't have arms or legs, so he's been outfitted with a mobile chassis that somewhat resembles GLaDOS's body, only small enough to easily fit in a hallway. There are three compartments on this chassis: One in the lower section, and two in the upper section. The upper section is mainly used for storing objects and repair tools, while the lower section houses a mechanical arm to be used for grabbing light objects. Pendleton mainly uses it to write on the mirrors with a dry erase marker. Pendleton can be disconnected from the chassis at any time, but he won't like it. |
